"I've been benefited. I can now teach others by watching it myself." – Mrs. Manju Rabha Meet Mrs. Manju Rabha, a farmer from Bakulipara village in Kamrup, Assam, India. Previously, Manju suffered significant financial losses—losing up to 30% of her banana seedlings—due to severe weevil and worm infestations. Everything changed after she started watching agricultural training videos.

By applying what she learned, Manju started creating "Neemastra," a natural bio-pesticide made from ground neem leaves, cow urine, and manure. By spraying this natural mixture, she successfully eliminated the pests and saved her banana trees without relying on chemical medicines. She also learned valuable intercropping techniques, such as planting pineapples and vegetables alongside her banana trees to maximize her land's potential.

Thanks to the valuable knowledge provided by Access Agriculture, GIZ, and Grameen Sahara, Manju has not only protected her crops and income but is now empowered to teach these sustainable methods to other farmers in her community!
