By showing instructional videos, he successfully motivated 14 women to form the "Shree Ambamaheshwari" producer group, providing them with financial independence. Rafiq personally earned an additional INR 20,000 through a home kitchen garden and poultry farm started after watching the videos. He also generates income by renting a smart projector to schools and hospitals. Having already reached 100 farmers across 15 villages, Rafiq aims to expand his impact to 1,000 farmers and 50 villages.
