Meet Bhuri Ahirwar, an inspiring farmer and entrepreneur from Pahadihiraju village in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. In this video, Bhuri shares her incredible journey working with PRADAN and Access Agriculture to bring organic farming knowledge to her community.

By running a local Bio-input Resource Center (BRC) and using a smart projector to screen educational videos, Bhuri has not only increased her own income but has also successfully guided local farmers to adopt sustainable, chemical-free agricultural practices.

In this video, you will learn about:

• The Power of Digital Education: How smart projectors are used to teach farmers about organic vegetables, staking, and composting. • Making the Switch to Organic: The transition from expensive chemical farming to using indigenous mixtures like Jivamrit and Ghan Jivamrit for better yields and healthier crops.

• Women's Empowerment in Agriculture: Bhuri’s advice to other women ("Didis") on how to build their own BRCs and increase their income. • Traditional Disease Management: Insights into indigenous, home-based treatments for cattle diseases like Mastitis (Thanela), learned during her recent dairy training in Bangalore.

A special thanks to Access Agriculture for providing the smart projector technology and to PRADAN for their ongoing support in empowering rural communities.
