1) First of all, SPECO is designed for groups, not individuals. Thus, it’s thought for
facilitating the exchange of data and information.
2) SPECO is also a collaborative space where users exchange documents within the
framework of participatory certification.
3) SPECO is self-owned and self-hosted
The organization has control over and manages the server where the system is.
4) SPECO has different user types - and permissions (users module)
It is possible to set which users can view/edit which data.
The organization defines this settings and registers the users.
