This video from the Entrepreneurs for Rural Access (ERA) initiative in Ghana follows Young Agro Changemakers, a youth-led enterprise. It documents how they use an Access Agriculture Smart Projector to train farmers in Banawa and Gbimsi on managing black rot in cabbage and preparing organic compost. The training has enabled over 213 farmers (57% women) to adopt improved organic practices. The video also shows the team's progress in business development, including land acquisition for a chili and maize project. This case study demonstrates a model for youth-led agricultural extension and entrepreneurship.
