What's Food Desert? A food desert is an area where there’s no easy access to supermarkets and grocery stores for people to buy fresh and nutritious foods. This in turn results in food insecurity.

The Olmec Agro-Tech was established in 2016, as an outlet and space for the Indigenous Policies, Governments, and the Educational communities to access policies, resources, and information on Indigenous Ethnoecological economic development-related issues.
